Persian ceramics have been displaying individual transitions through its history while adopting various elements in the glazes, forms and decorations from the products of the surrounding regions, including Mesopotamia, Rome and China. The variety of colors and motifs are demonstrated in 26 works of Persian ceramics from the Takada and Ogata Collections. Enjoy the boldly depicted flowers and birds, the stylized scripts and the sparkling luster decoration.
